The program looks at having difficult conversations with co-workers, line managers and senior managers which is often a daunting prospect and many choose to avoid the conversation, which has particular ramifications and costs for the institution. This course aims to provide participants with the skills and confidence to discuss difficult issues with honesty, clarity and integrity.
